I was surprised to receive a welcome phone call from Johroe, following my joining Bluehost. He walked me through early administrative steps, questions I had, and directed me to video based learning since I am a newbie to Wordpress.org, the site I plan to build my website. Rithwik is a fabulous and fantastic customer service provider! He was highly patient, listened carefully to me, investigated the issue thoroughly, and took care of the issues in one call! I wish I could give him 50 stars instead of 5. All my websites and emails were down, and while others could only see one aspect of the issue, he found ALL the issues that caused the problem and fixed them one after another. Thank you!

I've been with Bluehost for decades. They have always proven to be the best out there whether a single website hosting or multiple. Sometimes people don't realize how Bluehost stands out until trying someone different, but there is no doubt, if you are someone who doesn't know your way around hosting, or someone who does, they have the solution for all walks of life. Customer service is most important to me, and that they have beyond anyone else I've tried. Of course, each is different and my review is patterned after my own limitations, needs, and somewhat know my way around in this area. Thank you, Bluehost for being there for me.

Excelente Support ! I have used Bluhost for quite a while now and I don't have many issues. However There was a maintenance scheduled and after that my site didn't work any more. Luckily Ashlesh from the support team has solved the issue in a very effective manner. The support was very fast, and efficient. Ashlesh, was very professional and friendly and help me during the whole process until get my site back. Fantastic service ! Thank you very much !

Bluehost is pretty decent considering the price. Sometimes the chat agents aren't the most helpful but as mentioned, Nisha Poojary was incredible and helped my sites get back up and running!
