So far, my RackNerd VPS, one of their newer AMD Ryzen ones, has been reliable and fast. No experience yet with tech support.
RackNerd doesn't have IPv6 here in my town, only in a few cities such as Los Angeles. I guess that's because of the cost-effective infrastructure it uses in many of its locations, such as ColoCrossing.
Overall, it's certainly OK. I use it as a backup and for testing. It's fine for that, and more.
Also, I've noticed that my RackNerd IP attracts thousands more attack attempts than does my AlphaVPS. That's a bit of a nuisance, but I mention it so that you won't be surprised if yours is in the same boat. Just be sure to set up good security, which of course you'll do anyway.
