The support team is friendly and helpful, probably the best I’ve experienced.
BUT the biggest issue is downtime with no notification.
Every time my website goes down for any reason, I’m not informed — and that causes me to lose ad money because I only notice the issue by chance. This has happened more than once.
They never alert you when something is wrong with your website. This needs to be fixed urgently.
