Wix’s customer service has gone downhill. They used to be great to work with, but not anymore. Now it takes hours just to get a callback—and when they finally do, my phone rings once and I miss it. Live Chat wasn’t much better; it took some time for someone to join, and the last agent I spoke with had no idea what she was doing. All I wanted was to have my website overcharge corrected, but she couldn’t even understand my request. After all that frustration, I finally just gave up... and tried again via chat. The last customer service rep was helpful, thankfully. I miss their old customer service that had quick callback timelines.
