i wanted to create an autoresponder for my email but I see this error: There is already an account with that name
I have searched here but could find anything?
any ideas?
Where and how exactly are you trying to create that autoresponder?

Just to be sure, you don't fill in the full email address of that user, correct? Only the part in front of the @domain.com right?
If yes then I don't know at the moment.

If you need an auto-reply for existing email accounts, your option will be Sieve filters, which can be created/edited in RoundCube interface.
