Lucas was the first person in over 15 people to help me with my problem. Everyone else said they fixed it and would be up and running in 4 to 6 hours. That didn’t happen. Others escalated it to the next level and I was to wait for an email. That didn’t happen either ?!?

I needed assitance with accessing one of my domain/email and Ayman was excellent.
He patiently walked me through accessing my account through mail.papamail.net and the next steps. Then he assisted in setting up my email on my apple computer .
What a relief! Thanks so much for the assistance and they are always willing and able to offer extra information for future use - by emailing helpful pdf documents.

HostPapa has been my go-to since 2004. And here's why: When I have a problem, as I frequently do, I hit their chat. It's a REAL HUMAN, right from the beginning. No stupid AI bots to go through first. Today, I had Jonathan Gonzalez. He was friendly and cheerful. He explained the problem, how it was being fixed, and how I would find out when it was done. He didn't use a ton of technical jargon, but also didn't talk to me like I was new to tech. So professional. Excellent service.
