Lucas was the first person in over 15 people to help me with my problem. Everyone else said they fixed it and would be up and running in 4 to 6 hours. That didn’t happen. Others escalated it to the next level and I was to wait for an email. That didn’t happen either ?!?

Today, I had Jonathan Gonzalez. He was friendly and cheerful. He explained the problem, how it was being fixed, and how I would find out when it was done. He didn't use a ton of technical jargon, but also didn't talk to me like I was new to tech. So professional. Excellent service.
