I have called HostPapa's help line four times this week, or was it even five? Each time the people sounded knowledgable, were cordial, and it seemed like things would soon be resolved. But by today, after twice following instructions given by email, I still had no ability to view, send, or receive email. I called again, increasingly frustrated with this issue I was unable to correct without assistance. Finally I reached Neder B. who understood the issue correctly and was able to work with me to get the issue fully resolved while we were on the phone. Each of the others I spoke with should have been able to do what he did. He needs to become your trainer! Give him a promotion, please.
