The customer service at HostPapa is commendable. Japhiel just resolved an issue that was preventing my website, vitalityyouthnetwork.org, from being accessible. After several attempts to open the page without success, I reached out for help. Japhiel responded quickly to my concerns and identified the problem right away, resolving it immediately.

I have called HostPapa's help line four times this week, or was it even five? Each time the people sounded knowledgable, were cordial, and it seemed like things would soon be resolved. But by today, after twice following instructions given by email, I still had no ability to view, send, or receive email. I called again, increasingly frustrated with this issue I was unable to correct without assistance. Finally I reached Neder B. who understood the issue correctly and was able to work with me to get the issue fully resolved while we were on the phone. Each of the others I spoke with should have been able to do what he did. He needs to become your trainer! Give him a promotion, please.

I spoke with Elyes C today at HostPapa as emails had stopped working from my website. He was extremely knowledgeable in the area of question and was able to resolve my email issue promptly. He helped me to test everything was in working order before he asked if there was anything else. I needed my email account added to my phone too and he was helpful in this area too.
