Overall HostPapa is okay. For me it's just VERY EXPENSIVE! I find the website confusing as it doesn't work the way it used to, and I have way more available to me that I just do not need. When I have mentioned this to HostPapa I never get an answer as to how I can reduce my services to just what I need.

As part of a project to consolidate our company’s domains with a single registrar, we chose HostPapa for their ability to support all the TLDs we require. Many UK-based registrars no longer accommodate certain European TLDs, but HostPapa has been able to cover all our needs.

The support has been excellent, whether via phone, live chat, or through tickets. Response times are quick, and I’ve found the agents to be knowledgeable, professional, and effective in resolving any issues.

The domain management portal is also impressive, offering features like multi-login with role-based permissions, which has been particularly useful for setting up access for our accounts team. My only concern is the current lack of two-factor authentication for login accounts, which is essential by today’s standards. However, I’ve been assured that this feature is in development, which is important for our Cyber Essentials and ISO27001 compliance.

Luckychair has been a HostPapa customer for a number of years and what keeps us totally satisfied is the quality of their tech support.

If we can't find what we are looking for by searching their documentation, we absolutely love talking to their tech support people to be guided to the solution.

Truly, their tech support is noteworthy, as is their competitive pricing and the ability to park multiple domains on a single account. Great service, reliable support.
