I had truly wonderful and patient service with Elyes C today. He was very gracious at my complete lack of understanding with regards to domains etc. and was very patient in walking me through the steps to get the job completed and fixed (due to me messing it up on the backend!) Most grateful!
I changed my primary domain name, and although there were a few problems, I was well supported and everyone was very patient. If you are an elderly person, alot of this technology is rather alien, so a special thank you to Elyes.C who was just great and guided me so well and clearly through everything.
Overall HostPapa is okay. For me it's just VERY EXPENSIVE! I find the website confusing as it doesn't work the way it used to, and I have way more available to me that I just do not need. When I have mentioned this to HostPapa I never get an answer as to how I can reduce my services to just what I need.
