I really have no clue what or who the OP is trying to sway here. I don't even know why HA is brought into the discussion.
HA for regular website just cause more problems and quite frankly people don't really care for it.
If you really need HA, then you have the money and the resources to not use shared hosting. LOL
The cpanel hate boat sailed away longggggg time away since their first price increase. Resulting some people migrating to DA.
To suggest selling for-profit service with an opensource software is a laughable idea.
