I have multiple business websites with HostGator, and had a double billing that occurred on 4/23/25 that was resolved in a couple of days with the assistance of Chris Angel V, a member of HostGator's Escalated Support at their Corporate Office. I was having some difficulty receiving a refund for the double charge, but after speaking with Chris and he explained HostGator's domain renewal process, we were able to come to an amicable agreement. Even though Chris said my refund for the double charge would take 7 business days, it was actually credited back to my card the following business day, after our conversation. Issues can happen with any billing system, but it's the support received when these issues happen that makes a client more comfortable and understanding when they occur. Thank you for your help, Chris.
